At Houseplay Life, we want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:
Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at houseplaylife@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible. We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
Change of Mind Returns
We offer a 30-day refund period for change-of-mind returns. To be eligible:

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be in original condition and packaging, unused and undamaged.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Please note that return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
